Joel Goldman's '76 Cutlass S

This is my 1976 Cutlass S that I purchased from my neighbor in the fall of 1992. This was my first car, and it is still driven daily. He was the original owner and took great care of the car.
When I got it the car had only 63,000 miles, since then I have put about 30,000 miles on it. The car was also repainted the original Firethorn Red, with white pin-stripes. The interior is white, bucket seats with console shifter.
During the winter of 1997 I transplanted a 1968 455 into it along with a th-400 transmission, this combo replaced the stock 260 v-8 and th-350 trans. The engine was a basic rebuild, about 9:1 compression and the edelbrock performer package, which includes the cam, 750 cfm carb, and intake manifold. The transmission was also rebuilt, with a B&M transpak/shiftkit, and a higher stall torque converter from Protorque.
I am currently running the original 10 bolt rear with 2:73 gears, but it will soon be changed for a 3:73 ring and pinion and posi unit. Future plans call for a complete suspension rebuild with parts from Performance Suspension Technology.
