Pierino Pieri's '73 Cutlass Supreme

Pierino Pieri's '73 Cutlass Supreme

This is my '73 Cutlass Supreme that I bought 13 years ago after it had been flat- bedded up north to a local classic car dealer. It is factory black, with black interior, and black vinyl top. The car is mostly original; bucket seats, console, air, tilt and optional, non-rubber strip bumpers. At purchase, the original 1973 paint still looked good, but had taken a beating down south and was heat checked pretty bad. I repainted it about 8 years ago, base/clear, to our amazementĘthe body didn't have and ounce of work nor did it need any. At the same time I added the aluminum wheels, stainless dual exhaust, Kenwood head unit, alpine amps and 2 12" subs behind the rear seat. It has a stock 350 Rocket. It may not qualify as a "muscle" car, but it sure makes a great cruiser and head turner. Until recently I was the only '73 at any shows and cruises, but have found a fellow '73 enthusiast who has a 442 of the same year.

I am looking forward to a complete -body-off restoration as well as engine modifications into the high 300 HP range in the near future...one step at a time. They're never really finished, are they?
